Shipping policy

Pre-Orders

As a new brand, our first Soil & Sass shirts are available as pre-orders only. This allows us to keep our costs low, build up stock, and deliver quality shirts without waste.

When you place a pre-order, you are securing your shirt in our very first production run. Production takes approximately 6 weeks from our manufacturing partner, followed by 1 week for packing and dispatch from our Brisbane base.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Pre-Orders: Please allow 7–8 weeks from the time of purchase for your order to be delivered.

Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Australia.

Postage

All orders are sent via Regular Parcel Post (or express post if this is your chosen option).

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

Important Notes

These are pre-order items. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery takes longer than ready-to-ship products.

If there are any unexpected delays (such as shipping disruptions or customs hold-ups), we will contact you straight away with an updated timeframe.
