Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (Free Return Shipping)

If you would like to exchange your shirt for a different size or design, we’re happy to help.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions on how to send your item back.


Refunds (Customer Pays Return Shipping)

If you would prefer a refund, you are welcome to return your item within the 30-day period.

Please note that return shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
